MGE engineers possess diversified experience which encompasses all design and construction phases of civil and structural engineering.  Resources are available to service several construction projects simultaneously, providing staffing for the field office from Resident Engineers/Structures Representatives to office engineers and inspectors.  When providing third-party construction management on projects designed by others, MGE serves as the independent agent of the owner to manage the implementation of the design and construction.  MGE gives clients the flexibility to supplement their construction inspection staff with MGE personnel or have MGE provide full range of construction management services.
