MGE completed the preliminary engineering, type selection, and final design and PS&E for five retaining walls in conjunction with highway widening improvements along State Route 84 between Jack London Boulevard and Ruby Hill Drive as part of this ACTIA project. The combined length of the four walls totaled over 4,400 feet. Wall types included soil nail, tieback anchor, and cantilever. Architectural designs and texture treatments were incorporated into all wall designs.
